It is very simple to start a new budgeting process based on last years achieved numbers (or budget) when you build next years budget. Toolpack offers automated functions for in- or decreasing historical data. Toolpacks Budget Module will also offer simple easy to use accrual keys (actual numbers, percentages etc). With Toolpack it’s easy to identify, lock and maintain any seasonal fluctuations that your company may be influenced by. These can also be applied towards future budgets in an very easy manner thus giving you much more realistic budgets..

Toolpack Report Designer module is flexible and safeguards your future. If demand changes it will allows you to adapt quickly and implement the changes required in a simple structured way.

While some colleagues may require detailed and very specific information others need up-to-date information at a aggregated level. A key feature of Toolpack’s Report Designer is that it will allow you to deliver ”what is needed” in a real-time reporting tool.

Toolpack Query Designer

With Toolpack Query Designer you are able to create both simple and advanced reports with amounts and information gathered from all tables in your ERP system. Toolpack Query Designer can also gather information from other systems and databases. All reports can be integrated into Toolpack's various modules and can be used in connection with other needs of reporting.
 

In a user-friendly environment you choose the tables and fields from which data should appear. Reports can be saved as "Presets" for later use. Data can be sorted and categorised before being exported to Excel either as static data, updatable report or as pivot report.
Furthermore, Toolpack Query Designer supports "parameter" reporting which gives the users the possibility to change criteria in the report directly from Microsoft Excel. This is a very user-friendly solution that does not need any knowledge of programming language whatsoever.
